ABS
A short but powerful workout for your abs. This fifteen-minute session will get your core working and you'll feel exactly what you're training for. The perfect way to finish your workout.
Aqua jogging / Aquahit
This class takes place in our pool. Thanks to the water's resistance, combined with lightweight dumbbells, you'll get an intense workout while protecting your joints. A high-intensity workout that leaves you feeling satisfied.
BBB
During BBB, you'll train your abs, glutes, and legs with a mix of strength, low-impact, and cardio exercises. You'll work with your own body weight, light dumbbells, and tubing to tone and strengthen your body.
The class is back-friendly, easy to follow, and suitable for all levels. Our instructors will adapt the exercises as needed.
If you train regularly, you will see and feel the results.
Cardio Boxing: In this class, you'll combine boxing with cardio for a complete, energetic workout. You'll learn traditional boxing techniques in a fun and intense way, while significantly building your endurance.
Every punch and combination challenges you, burns calories, and makes you feel stronger and fitter. After a few classes, you'll notice your fitness improving and your confidence growing.
Fifty Fit
In this class, you'll work on your overall fitness at a leisurely pace. You'll use both equipment and your own body weight. Many athletes enjoy combining this class with aqua jogging for a complete workout.
HIT
Get ready for an intense, exceptional workout! Our HIT (High Intensity Training) class will challenge all your muscles and push your fitness to the limit. With short, powerful exercises, you'll work on strength, speed, and endurance – all in the fresh air and dry weather.
Get ready to sweat, push yourself, and push your limits. After class, you'll feel strong, energetic, and satisfied. Outdoor training has never been so challenging and fun!
Pilates POWER
Pilates Power is a more vigorous variation on classical Pilates. You'll train your core, balance, and flexibility with more intense exercises that really wake up your muscles. Perfect for strengthening, toning, and increasing stability – and leaving you feeling energized and fit.
PumpPUMP is a full-body weight workout that really challenges your muscles. With every set, you'll build strength, burn calories, and feel your body grow stronger. Intense, results-oriented, and super motivating!
Spinning
Spinning involves cycling on a special spinning bike, either standing or sitting, to the rhythm of the music. Under the guidance of an instructor, you control the resistance and challenge yourself: flat sections, up and down hills, and short sprints in between. An intense workout that significantly boosts your endurance and strength – and is guaranteed to make you break a sweat!
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative form of exercise that combines strength, balance, and relaxation. During classes, you'll perform flowing, controlled movements that strengthen your body and calm your mind. Perfect for improving your balance, releasing stress, and harmonizing your energy.
Yoga
In our yoga classes, you'll engage in physical exercises and yoga poses in a fun and relaxed way. Regular yoga practice will improve your well-being. Your muscles and joints will become more flexible. You'll have more energy and better posture. And your breathing will become deeper. In short, yoga will give you more inner peace and increased self-confidence.
Yogalates
Yogalates primarily trains your core muscles, also known as your pelvic floor, abdomen, and back. The exercises are gentle and focused, offering low-impact workouts with maximum results. You'll experience increased lung capacity, improved blood circulation, improved muscle strength and flexibility, greater stability in your spine and pelvis, stronger bones, and more supple joints. This brings the body into balance, and your posture, body awareness, and movement technique improve. Classes also focus on yoga poses for increased strength and flexibility of both body and mind. At the end, you can relax with a relaxation exercise.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle class where you hold poses for extended periods of time, sitting, standing, or lying down. This allows us to reach the connective tissue in your body.
Zumba
"Zumba" literally means "move fast and have fun," a description that perfectly describes what this workout is all about! Zumba combines the most effective exercises with the exotic rhythms of Latin American music genres like salsa, merengue, cumbia, samba, calypso, reggaeton, and hip-hop.
You can participate in our group lessons with a membership or strip card.
